Dr. Katherine S. Martin

Dr. Katherine Martin is a dermatologist serving patients in central North Carolina at our Chapel Hill and Pittsboro locations. She received her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University, where she graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors. She then went on to earn both a masters degree in business administration and a medical degree at Texas Tech University, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha and Gold Humanism Honor societies. She completed an internship in San Diego followed by dermatology residency at the University of Texas at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Martin practices general and cosmetic dermatology and sees patients of all ages. Her interests include skin cancer prevention and the utilization of dermoscopy for the early detection of skin cancer. Dr. Martin enjoys reading, hiking, indoor cycling and spending time with her husband and dog.
