Prescription Refills

Please contact your pharmacy and have them fax a prescription refill request to our office at (919) 401-1924. If it has been more than one calendar year since we have seen you in our clinic, we will be unable to provide any refills until you are seen again. In this event, please call our office to schedule an appointment.
