We are pleased to provide our patients with a secure patient portal. This portal will allow you to view your visit notes, pathology, and test results. It will also allow you to communicate with your provider and our staff. At this time, you are not able to view or schedule appointments, but that capability will be available in the near future. If you need to schedule an appointment, please call our office or visit our Contact Us page and submit a request.
First time portal user? You will need to contact our office to have your portal activated by calling or visiting our Contact Us page and submitting a request.
The patient portal is designed to function optimally in either the Chrome or Firefox Browser. If you are not using one of these browsers, please follow one of the links provided to install one of these browsers on your computer or tablet before trying to access your portal.
